Description

  • Assisting with documentation, such as contracts and agreements, in the construction sector.
  • Supporting the legal team in preparing legal advice and legal opinions.
  • Handling legal research to support ongoing cases and projects.
  • Interacting with clients to gather and validate necessary information.
  • Preparing and maintaining case files and legal documents.
  • Supporting the team in managing the compliance process.
  • Assisting in dispute resolution procedures within the construction industry.
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Profile

A successful Construction Paralegal should have:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience as a Construction Paralegal (non-contentious experience).
  • A strong understanding of construction law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using legal software and other related IT applications.
