Construction Site Supervisor

A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a Site Supervisor for a permanent contract on behalf of our client, a leading construction company specializing in residential commercial and industrial projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Pre-inspecting works, managing works on site, post inspections
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including site logs, safety reports, progress reports.

• Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role.
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full Clean Driving License
• Flexibility to travel to various sites across London, Essex and Hertfordshire.
• SSSTS card required

Hours :

• Monday to Friday: 8am-5pm
