Construction Site Supervisor - Fit Out & Groundworks - Up to £50,000 + package
Overseeing various small groundworks and fit out sites - Site Supervisor

Working on a permanent basis as a Site Supervisor you will be responsible for the successful management of various small fit out / groundworks projects, usually working for the same clients, and travelling between each small project.

The site supervisor role will be on the following types of projects;

Green field sites, small amount of earthworks, stoning, drainage, light landscaping, cabling and ducting installation for lighting, cctv and M&E. Installation of security fencing and the building of a concrete base for a small modular building.

All works are subcontracted out so this is an overseeing site supervisors role, you will travel to each site, chekc the Health and safety is up to standard, check the program is on target, issue out work if required ot the subcontractors and relay any issues to the Contracts Manager.
You will be building relationships with the regular subcontractors: weekly management of the subcontractors (which is a small groundworks business, a fencing business, and an m&e contractor).

Each site will be roughly 15 – 50 acres in size and used for storage of salvaged cars.

Salary, commercial vehicle, holidays, pension and career progression available to site manager

Salary £40,000 - £50,000 + package
