The Role:

• As a NQ Construction Solicitor, you will be joining our client's Transactional Projects & Construction Team in Leeds.
• Our client's projects range from national to international, including renewable energy projects, complex infrastructure projects, and large-scale offshore wind projects.
• You will have exposure to both construction and projects work, allowing you to develop a broad range of skills.

The Candidate:

• The ideal candidate will have gained experience in a large commercial firm, in-house legal team, or local authority.
• You should have a strong background in infrastructure, energy, and/or real estate-related transactional (non-contentious) construction work.
• Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working in a client-facing role and collaborating with colleagues in an agile environment.
• The ability to exercise good commercial judgement and forge strong working relationships is crucial.
