What will you do?
Advise on non-contentious construction matters including:
Contract work across residential and commercial development, renewable energy projects, urban regeneration schemes, financing arrangements, joint ventures, operation/maintenance/service contracts and facilities management
Risk reviews, drafting and negotiating terms
What will you need?
To be a non-contentious construction solicitor or legal executive
At least 2 years+ PQE
Construction law experience
Those already at associate or senior associate level are encouraged to apply
