What will you do?

Advise on non-contentious construction matters including:

  • Contract work across residential and commercial development, renewable energy projects, urban regeneration schemes, financing arrangements, joint ventures, operation/maintenance/service contracts and facilities management
  • Risk reviews, drafting and negotiating terms

 What will you need?

  • To be a non-contentious construction solicitor or legal executive
  • At least 2 years+ PQE
  • Construction law experience
  • Those already at associate or senior associate level are encouraged to apply
