Position: Construction Supervisor
Location: Inverness and Surrounding Areas
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum
Role Overview:
As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple residential construction sites, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of multiple residential construction sites
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
- Foster a positive and productive work environment for all team members
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Construction Supervisor, ideally with residential new builds
- Strong background in joinery is highly preferred
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
- Proven ability to manage multiple sites and teams effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various sites
