Job Title: Construction Tutor

Location: Harrogate, UK

Salary: £105 - £145 per day (depending on experience)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Tutor to work within a SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) setting in Harrogate. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and supporting young people with challenging behaviours.

Responsibilities:

Delivering construction-related lessons and workshops to students
Providing individual and group support to students
Creating engaging and interactive learning materials
Monitoring and assessing student progress
Collaborating with other staff members to ensure a supportive learning environment
Requirements:

Relevant qualifications and experience in construction
Experience working with young people with SEMH needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
A positive and patient attitude towards challenging behaviours
