TSR Legal are pleased to be working on a unique opportunity for conveyancing specialists to work on a self-employed capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for Residential Conveyancers who are looking for fully remote working, flexible working hours, no billing targets, and a bigger earning potential. The structure allows you are a fee earner to retain the lion's share of billing, placing financial prosperity directly in your hands. The structure is designed to acknowledge and reward your hard work, ensuring that your financial gains mirror your professional input.

The current firm has been running their consultants programme for for several years, headed up by the director of firm. They have a dedicated service team that supports their consultants throughout the program. The Acquisition team assists new candidates as they explore consultancy, discussing suitable options, addressing operational and contractual queries, and supporting them through onboarding. This team also offers ongoing assistance for existing consultants who wish to build their own teams. The Finance team manages invoicing and payments to clients and third parties on the consultants' behalf. The Consultant Concierge team provides training, initial setup, and career development, ensuring consultants have all the tools and opportunities needed to thrive within the program. The Marketing team, devoted to the consultant program, delivers tailored marketing strategies, including digital marketing, positioning, lead generation, and targeting.
