Adviser Services Consultant

The Adviser Services Function within M&G Wealth Advice provides support for our Clients and Financial Advisers. The role is varied and flexibility is key to success. We are looking to recruit Adviser Services Consultants who are motivated and able to build rapport with our Clients, have meaningful conversations to establish their needs and promote the benefits of financial advice. This role is phone based and excellent communication skills are essential. Previous experience dealing with Clients within the Financial Services Industry is preferred but not essential. The successful candidate will be working from our Stirling or Edinburgh office.

Key Responsibilities for this role:

  • You'll be a great communicator with a natural ability to build rapport with clients, understand their needs and confidently promote our service to clients
  • Accountable for delivering a quality service to customers and stakeholders
  • Focuses on quality of delivery to achieve clear outputs within guidelines
  • Runs the organisation's processes and systems following pre-defined procedures
  • Adapts to change, responds with initiative and make suggestions for improvements to own work and processes

Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
  • You will have experience in dealing with Clients over the telephone guided by a framework
  • You will manage your time efficiently to maximise your customer facing time
  • You will be able to confidently promote our services to new or existing Clients
  • You'll be organised and focused with the ability to prioritise and multi task
  • You will have an attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • You'll provide a range of support, therefore flexibility is a must
  • Being pro-active, adaptable and tailoring your working style is key to being successful in this role
