Consultant Psychiatrist
MSI Recruitment is currently seeking a highly experienced Consultant Psychiatrist in Adult Psychiatry with Section 12 approval to join the team. This role presents a unique opportunity to lead and develop mental health services within the hospital, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to adult patients with complex psychiatric needs. This job offers the opportunity to earn between £80 and £100 per hour.

We are looking for a Consultant Psychiatrist who has previous experience and can quickly integrate and make an immediate impact within the team.
Roles and Responsibilities of the Consultant Psychiatrist include:
- Providing clinical leadership and expertise within a multidisciplinary community mental health team, overseeing the assessment, treatment, and management of adult patients with a range of mental health conditions
- Leading the development and implementation of care pathways and treatment plans, collaborating closely with colleagues, service users, and carers to promote recovery-oriented practices and person-centred care
- Offering expert psychiatric consultation and guidance to colleagues within the team, providing supervision and support to junior medical staff, trainees, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements for the role:
- GMC Registration
- Section 12 approval and AC Status
