Our client is a leading national firm of solicitors covering 16 regional offices around the UK and offering a wide range of legal practice. Established for over 20 years, our client has a team of over 55 consultant lawyers working nationwide.

Job description:

Our client seeks solicitors with at least 5 years PQE across all legal practices (excluding Residential Conveyancing and PI / Negligence Solicitors) to work on a self-employed consultancy on an extremely generous fee-share of 70:30 consultant:firm basis.

Consultants are able to work fully from home or make use of the 16 regional offices available across the UK, whilst dictating their own work/life balance with fully customisable and flexible working hours.

A modern and agile work manner, our client offers solicitors the opportunity to work on a self-employed basis whilst being covered by our client’s regulatory compliance umbrella.

Our client supports the consultant solicitor with regulatory compliance, administration, AML and onboarding features and legal precedents.

Whilst the head office is in Nottingham, there are no geographical restrictions on consultant solicitors.

Payment of fees earned is paid on a fortnightly basis. No base salary offered.

Requirements:

Applicants must be willing to work on a fully self-employed basis with no contract of employment.

A reliable client following is desired and supports a consultant solicitor in their ability to maximise their earning potential.

Solicitors with more than 5 years PQE will only be considered for the opportunity.

Residential Conveyancing , PI or Negligence Solicitors will not be considered.

Fantastic opportunity for solicitors who are keen to work independently away from a traditional law firm structure.
