Consultant - Lean Six Sigma
Job DescriptionThis role involves operational process improvement for a large commercial bank. The consultant will be responsible for driving efficiency and transformation within the organisation.
Responsibilities- Design and implement operating models for process improvement
- Lead business change and transformation initiatives
- Utilise methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Reengineering (BPR), and Kaizen
- Identify and execute cost reduction strategies
- Analyse and model business processes to optimise performance
- Prior consulting experience would be beneficial
- Proficiency in Operating Model Design
- Experience in Business Change and Transformation
- Expertise in Financial Services
- Strong skills in Cost Reduction and Process Improvement, Lean Six Sigma
- Knowledge of Process Improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Reengineering (BPR), and Kaizen
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
