With over 80 people in London, New York and Singapore the past 3 years have been a major growth story for this company that provides strategy, analytics and consulting services to major banks and asset management firms. They use the insights and research from this firm to gain an edge over the competition, particularly in areas such as revenue benchmarking, operational and technology cost and market sizing. 

Backed by a tier 1 strategy group, the firm has buy-in from clients right from the top down; partners meeting with Board members from tier 1 FTSE banks through to up-and-coming Fintechs and challenger banks. 

We're looking for a talented consultant that has strong banking background to work on a variety of assignments from strategy case work to market sizing analysis to creating powerful presentations for clients using detailed data and analytics information that this firm has spent 20 years building. Perhaps you are working for a Big 4 or Systems Integrator and the pace is slow or perhaps you are working in a bank in one limiting area and are interested to deliver into multiple banks and learn different products and business models?

We are looking for:

1. Tier 1 consulting and/or banking background from a leading financial institution 

2. Ability to build relationships with Heads of Strategy, Product Leads and CXO level individuals in major banks 

3. Excellent presentation skills both in person and using Excel/Powerpoint 

4. An ability to work with data - we're not looking for a data analyst/modeller but someone who is comfortable analysis and working with data sets when they need to 

5. Entrepreneurial flair to spot opportunities and develop business from an idea to conception 

6. A passion for the markets and have your own views on the sector/whilst you build relationships with senior figures in the market.
