Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our Organizational Effectiveness team. This pivotal role encompasses expertise in Agile ways of working, Organizational Design, Team Effectiveness, and the Future of Work. This role will provide internal consulting services to People Partners and business stakeholders, leveraging internal capacity and external partners when necessary. They will play a critical role in building and implementing consistent frameworks, methodologies, and approaches across the organization to drive excellence and innovation. This is both a hands-on and coaching position, requiring strong relationship-building skills with business stakeholders and People Partners (our term for HR Business Partners).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Framework Development:
    • Help implement consistent frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for organizational effectiveness with a focus on Agile ways of working.
    • Ensure these frameworks are integrated and utilized across all business units.
  • Organizational Design:
    • Provide expertise on organizational design efforts to optimize structures, processes, and roles.
    • Develop tools and resources to provide more consistency and support to People Partners and the businesses they support in guiding OD efforts.
  • Team Effectiveness:
    • Develop and implement high-impact programs to boost team performance and effectiveness.
    • Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance.
  • Internal Consulting Services:
    • Deliver internal consulting services to People Partners and business stakeholders.
    • Leverage internal team capacity or engage external partners to provide specialized expertise when needed.
    • Address specific organizational challenges by offering tailored solutions and strategic advice.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and People Partners.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on matters of organizational effectiveness.
  • Hands-On Leadership:
    • Engage directly in key projects and initiatives, providing hands-on expertise and support.
    • Lead by example, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Performance Metrics:
    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
    • Report on progress, challenges, and successes to senior leadership.
  • Facilitation:
    • Ability to guide and manage group discussions, meetings, or workshops to achieve specific goals, fostering collaboration and productive outcomes.
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $ 102,387 to $175,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

What We're Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in organizational effectiveness, change management, or related fields.
  • Organizational Development (OD) and operating model design experience.
  • Strong expertise in developing and implementing agile organizational frameworks and Lean ways of working.
  • Experience with Agile and Lean ways of working.
  • Skilled facilitator in achieving effective meeting outcomes.
  • Proven leadership experience in a complex, global organization.
  • Experience in delivering internal consulting services and managing external consulting partnerships.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI).
  • Consulting experience.
  • Coaching certificates (ICF).
  • Proficiency in data analysis and leveraging insights to drive decisions.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with both internal teams and external vendors or consultants.
