Consumer Services Executive

We are urgently looking for a Consumer Services Executive for a client based in brigend for 9 - 12 months maternity coverB

ased in Bridgend - 37.5 hours per week

However is very negotiable (We are very open to Flexible hour for example 9am-3pm for people looking for more family friendly hours, Part time 3 Days a Week etc.)

Salary - £22,308K Pro Rata + Monthly Bonus

Personal Profile

· Confident Telecommunication Skills

· Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills

· Computer Literate with Microsoft Office programmes.

· Commercial Understanding

· Ability to work as part of a Team

· Works well under pressure with the ability to Multi Task and Prioritise efficiently.

· Reliable

· Willingness to Learn Responsibilities Assisting in the Day to Day operations of the department by ensuring timely completion of the allocated duties including:

· Processing Daily web orders and sample requests

· Answering calls, Emails and letters from General public relating to questions, queries, orders or complaints

· Taking manual orders / refunds over the phone

· Maintain QA spreadsheets

· Assist in Maintaining company Website - adjusting product information, imagery, adding new lines and monitoring reviews Assist in Monitoring and managing customer reviews on online platforms
