Description

As a Contact Centre Advisor you will be processing claims for customers you will be dealing with the process from start to finish and handle a range of enquiries ensuring these are resolved promptly and efficiently.

You will be mainly interacting with customers over the telephone and will be also responding to any emails and occasionally replying to queries over social media.

Profile

Ideally previous contact centre experience however the business can be open to alternative backgrounds

A confident telephone manner

Able to work towards tight deadlines and targets

Extremely customer centric

A good team player
