As a Contact Centre Advisor you will be speaking to clients and third parties handling a range of enquires regarding their products and services.

The role will be mainly telephone based and could be also responding to customers over email and other platforms.

You will be working in a busy environment ensuring customer service is at the forefront of every interaction!

Ideally previous contact centre experience however the business can be open to background
