Description
As a Contact Centre Sales Advisor you will be handling incoming calls from customers identifying their needs providing the best insurance solutions for them.
You will be following up on any enquiries and leads coming into the business and retaining existing members when their policy is up from renewal.
Please note this isn't your typical sales role no cold calling is involved and will be all warm conversations you will be having.
The role will be very busy handling a high volume of calls ensuring customer care and the best support is provided on each conversation.
You will be sometimes deal with challenging situations we are looking for caring supportive individuals that want to make a difference and provide the best solution to the customer!
Profile
Previous customer service and sales experience advantageous however if you have the right attitude, behaviours and skills we would love to hear from you!
A confident telephone manner
Excellent persuasion skills and able to build instant working relationships
Empathetic and caring nature
An excellent work ethic
A great team player
Able to work to pace in a busy environment
