Are you an experienced professional contact centre team leader?

Would you like to work for a small team within an organisation that is a charity, here in central London?

Based in beautiful offices located in Central London this role will see you managing a team of agents taking incoming and making outgoing calls to both the general public and associated partners. 

With a rota covering Monday to Saturday, 9 - 5.30 (not every Saturday would be worked with a day off given in the week) this could be the next role for you.
