We're looking for a Container Estimator for our brand new London Gateway depot to be responsible for inspecting, photographing and estimating all incoming containers in the depot.
This exciting new 9 acre site will be equipped with excellent facilities and with great company benefits and various roles to compliment your skillset, you will be in an environment that is ready to take your career to the next level and play a key role in MEDLOG's global success.
Skills and experience you'll bring to us
- Experience in container depot environment
- Working knowledge of IICL/CSC advantageous
- Good organisational skills
- Experience estimating damaged containers preferred
- Excellent team player
- Flexible attitude to an often-demanding role
How you will help us and what you can expect
- Comply with all company health and safety policies
- Inspect all incoming containers reporting on status and grade
- Complete repair estimates for all damaged containers including photographic evidence
- Control of traffic flow within the depot
- Provide instructions to the ECH operators to meet the HGV requirements
