In this role, youll work towards yourLevel 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship,delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

  • Collaborative approach, planning and storyboarding with Line Manager and working with heads of other departments to cover content output for whole business.
  • Budget management on projects
  • Blog postings & Social media - LinkedIn, TikTok, Youtube & Meta platforms.
  • Working with the following - Google ads, WordPress, Meta business suite, SimPro, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, TikTok, Canva & YouTube
  • Content optimization

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours&Benefits:

  • £13,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday (07:30am 4pm, 08:30am 5pm, 9am 17:30pm with a 1 hour break)
  • 20 days holidays plus bank holidays

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

  • Grade 5 in Maths and 4 in English is essential for this role
  • Past experience
  • Creation - doesn't have to be professional experience, could be someone that does Content Creation in their spare time or marketing as a hobby.Keen to progress in a career in IT
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ideally someone with a passion for sports or gym so they can have a better understanding of business - Not Vital though.
