Job Title: Content Director

Salary: £45,000

City of London - Hybrid

We seek a creative and experienced Content Director to lead the content strategy for a meditation and wellness app.

As Content Director, you will:

  • Create and manage a content plan that supports the mission to lead in wellness technology.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content including guided meditations, articles, videos, and courses in 19 languages.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with wellness experts and content creators.
  • Lead a team of content creators and translators, working with product and marketing teams.
  • Track and improve content performance in different languages to meet user needs.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in in content creation and management, especially in digital content.
  • Proven ability to create and manage high-quality, multilingual content.
  • Experience in content planning and strategy that drives user engagement.

Experience with skills in:

  • Content editing and production
  • Growing and engaging audiences
  • Managing content in multiple languages
  • Analysing content performance
  • Excellent English skills with strong communication abilities.
  • Ability to work well with translators and native speakers to ensure quality content in many languages.
  • Strong background in wellness practices, like meditation, trance, NLP, and hypnotherapy.
  • Passion for mental wellness and a commitment to creating meaningful content.
