• Social Media Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and execute creative strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok, focusing on crafting engaging posts, Reels, and Stories.
• Video Content Production: Plan, storyboard, shoot, and edit video content to enhance our social presence and connect with our audience. Experience with YouTube is desirable.
• Email Marketing: Craft beautiful email campaigns, newsletters, and sequences that engage and convert subscribers.
• Website & Blog Content: Write, create, and optimise website pages and blog posts to inspire our audience and support our SEO goals.
• Content Calendar Management: Coordinate and maintain a cohesive content calendar to ensure consistency across all channels.
• Campaign Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on metrics for social media, email, and website performance, using insights to refine strategies.
• Collaborative Creativity: Work with the team to brainstorm fresh ideas for campaigns and ensure cohesive messaging across platforms.

• Experience in digital content marketing, with a focus on social media and video creation.
• Proven experience crafting successful social media campaigns and engaging video content.
• Proficiency in video editing tools and basic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
• Strong writing and storytelling skills for email, social, and blog content.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and website content management systems.
• Ability to analyse marketing performance metrics and apply insights.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools.
• Experience with social ads creation is also desirable.
