About HealthHero
HealthHero is Europe's largest digital healthcare provider. We offer seamless access to virtual GP appointments, mental health support and a wide range of clinical services - helping organisations, insurers and individuals to take better care of their health. Operating across the UK, Ireland, France and Germany, our mission is to simplify healthcare and improve lives.

The Role
We are looking for an organised, creative and energetic Content Marketeer to help bring our brand to life across B2B2C audiences - from HR teams and insurers to the employees and members they support.

You will produce and manage content that influences buying decisions and engages real users. You will be comfortable working across formats and channels, juggling priorities and using AI tools to move quickly and smartly. This is a hands-on role in a collaborative, fast-moving environment, with lots of ownership and room to make an impact.

Salary: £40-45k DoE
Role type: Hybrid WFH (London)

Requirements

Purpose

  • Create content that explains and positions our services clearly and confidently - from virtual GP to mental health, MSK, ADHD and more
  • Support sales and account management teams with pitch materials, decks and client-ready campaigns
  • Work with our clients (insurers, gyms, employers and more) to produce content they can use to communicate with their people
  • Shape our content strategy across multiple channels and bring consistency across brand, acquisition and lifecycle marketing

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the content calendar across all B2B and B2C touchpoints
  • Plan and produce high-quality content including blog posts, whitepapers, social posts, email campaigns, app copy and more
  • Manage and brief freelance writers and designers
  • Edit and refine existing materials, ensuring quality, accuracy and a strong tone of voice
  • Use HubSpot and AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Jasper or similar) to improve workflow and efficiency
  • Occasionally make light-touch graphic edits (e.g. using Canva) - no design qualification needed, just a good eye
  • Track performance and identify opportunities to improve and test content across channels

What You Will Bring

  • 5+ years' experience in a content or marketing role, ideally within health, tech or wellness
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong portfolio of written work
  • Experience developing content for both business and consumer audiences (B2B2C)
  • Confidence using AI tools and marketing platforms to increase speed and output
  • Experience managing content pipelines and freelancers
  • A strategic mindset and a hands-on approach - able to balance ideas with execution
  • Ability to collaborate well across commercial, clinical and product teams
  • A keen interest in making complex topics simple and engaging

Nice to Have

  • Experience using HubSpot CMS and email automation tools
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Previous work in employer benefits, healthcare or regulated sectors
  • Understanding of localisation and adapting content for different markets

Why Join Us

  • A chance to shape content for one of Europe's most ambitious digital health companies
  • Work that matters - making healthcare simpler, more accessible and more human
  • Supportive, down-to-earth team with a strong mission and values

Benefits

  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday off
  • Access to HealthHero's digital healthcare services (GP, mental health and more)
  • Life cover, cycle to work and electric car schemes
  • Hybrid working - with regular team days in London or Bracknell
  • Pension scheme and salary exchange
