Content Migration Assistant

Adecco are currently recruiting for a Content Migration Assistant to join a prestigious university based in Holborn however this role will be remote.

Salary: £13.15

Duration: ASAP- 3 Months

Contract Type: Remote Working

Overview:

The Student Marketing Team at the university is seeking a dedicated and IT-savvy individual to assist with a short-term content migration project. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely and contribute to a critical update of our postgraduate programme webpages.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content migration: Transfer content from existing postgraduate programme webpages to a newly established template.

- Attention to detail: Follow instructions meticulously to ensure accurate content migration.

- Content management: utilise content management systems, particularly Contensis, to manage and update web content.

- Copy editing and inserting: Perform copy editing and insert copy into the new template as required.

- Data insertion: Accurately input data into the new webpages.

Requirements:

- IT Skills: Proficient with content management systems, specifically Contensis, and general IT skills.

- Attention to detail: Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accuracy.

- Experience: Previous experience with content management, copy editing, and data insertion highly desirable.

- Flexibility: Willingness to work remotely and adapt to project needs.

- Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the Student Marketing Team.
