About you:?
You're passionate about creating and delivering high-quality content that resonates with our SMB audience. Inherently, you're a Content Expert who can develop and execute content strategies that align with business goals and drive engagement across multiple channels. You have a knack for storytelling and can craft compelling narratives that captivate, inform and educate.
You thrive in a collaborative, commercial environment and work well with different teams. You have a keen eye for detail and an interest in using data to refine and improve content strategies. You're proactive and resourceful, always ready to tackle challenges with a can-do attitude. You have experience with content management systems and a strong understanding of SEO best practices.

Day-to-day, you will:?
• Lead Content Strategy: Develop and deliver content strategies across channels to drive engagement and achieve business goals.
• Content Creation & Management: Oversee the creation of high-quality content, ensuring it is utilised effectively across teams.
• SEO & Analytics: Optimise content for search engines and analyse performance to refine strategies.
• Collaborative Execution: Work with internal teams to align content with business objectives and guide creators for engaging content.?

Your skills and experiences might also include:??
• Proven experience developing and delivering content strategies
• Google Analytics & Google Search Console
• Salesforce SEM Rush
• Strong communications skills both written and verbal
