An FCA regulated investment firm is looking for a Content Writer to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Chief Markets Analyst, the successful candidate will be instrumental in crafting compelling written content across various mediums. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in the Finance industry and a keen understanding of financial markets.
Day to Day of the role:- Write long and short-form content to meet a mix of daily, weekly, and long-term project deadlines.
- Collaborate with colleagues to produce content for both internal and external audiences.
- Upload articles on a range of financial subjects for the B2B website.
- Create content for thought leadership pieces and whitepapers, including conducting interviews.
- Contribute to idea generation for content strategies.
- Work with the video editor to produce engaging short-form video content.
- Assist the marketing team in creating social media posts, including ad copy.
- Provide occasional cover for the Chief Markets Analyst.
- Exceptional written English – native or C2 level in CEFR.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
- Excellent prioritisation and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive, energetic, and capable of working independently.
- A strong knowledge of and interest in financial markets.
- Experience with WordPress/Divi.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics.
- Willingness to work and communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
