Contentious Probate Paralegal

Are you an enthusiastic and proactive Paralegal looking to develop your legal career within a dynamic Litigation team? Join a busy Contentious Probate team and make an impact!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact for clients and internal/external stakeholders
  • Efficiently manage diaries and inboxes, including scheduling hearings and deadlines
  • Prepare trial bundles, court documentation and correspondence using Bundledocs and Form-Evo software
  • Support fee earners with deadlines and other administrative tasks
  • Maintain and organise matter files using iManage software
  • Assist with chasing bill payments and liaise with various support teams

About you:
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills

? Previous experience in Contentious Probate or similar field
? Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities
? A flexible and proactive approach, paired with a can-do attitude
