Job Opportunity: Contentious Probate Solicitor (4-9 Years PQE)

Firm: Market-leading contentious probate boutique, Legal 500 specialist team

My client is a renowned boutique law firm specializing in contentious probate. With a significant cash injection propelling its growth plans for 2024, the firm is expanding its highly regarded Legal 500 specialist team.

This growth presents a unique opportunity for qualified lawyers to join a dynamic and forward-thinking legal practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Probate Work: Advise high-net-worth and vulnerable clients on various probate matters, including wills disputes and Inheritance Act claims.
  • Client Impact: Make a tangible difference in clients’ lives through expert legal counsel.
  • Learning and Development: Work alongside ACTAPs-qualified and Legal 500 noted lawyers, gaining invaluable expertise in contentious probate.
  • Business Development: Option to engage in business development activities or specialize in specific areas of probate law.
Flexible Working:
  • Office Requirement: Attend the Manchester office only one day per week.
  • Hybrid: Customize your weekly working hours to balance professional and personal commitments effectively.
