Pricing & Contract Administrator

We are looking for a Pricing & Contract Administrator to join our forward-thinking team. The role will be based in Wath Upon Dearne from our head office. On a day-to-day basis you will be carrying out administration tasks to a high standard, preparing quotations and processing energy contracts submitted through our partner channel. The role will also require you to handle partner queries and support the Sales Team Leader.

The successful candidate must be competent working on Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate will build rapport with our partners and have a 'can-do’ attitude. You will have a sense of urgency, and understand the importance for outstanding service and quality, in line with our company values.

  • Preparing and issuing bespoke quotations
  • Quality checking submitted contracts.
  • Uploading new contracts to CRM
  • Credit checking new accounts.
  • Setting up customer Direct Debits
  • Dealing with rejected registrations
  • Answering general Partner queries
  • Preparing and issuing customer renewals
  • Populating internal reporting tools
