Sapphire Vehicles Services Limited is a commercial vehicle fleet management company with a service provision packaged to offer a clearly defined portfolio of support services to both new and existing companies.

Currently operating 14 depotsthroughout the UK, Sapphire supports customers from a variety of industry’s with the day to day running of their commercial vehicles.

Role overview of key responsibilities

  • Responsible for customer liaison, resource planning and providing support to team members as and when required
  • Process timesheets, compliance, defects and WIP in a timely manner ensuring daily and weekly targets are achieved and manage WIP
  • Ensure that work is issued and completed to agreed deadlines
  • To ensure that equipment and staff are compliant and observe the relevant Health & Safety Regulations 
  • To ensure that authorisation procedures are met. 
  • Control stock, ordering and replenishment of parts. 

Preferred experience in the below

  • Experience within a commercial dealer environment
  • Ability to work within guidelines given and to deadlines
  • Ability to actively seek solutions to problems
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility to undertake a wide range of tasks

Location – Hams Hall, B46 1AL, reporting to VMU Manager

Hours – Monday to Friday - 06:00-15:30 – 45 hours per week

Salary range - £28,000-£32,000 depending on experience + benefits

Holiday – 22 days per year
