Community Managers
£200 per day, outside IR35
2 month contract (potential to extend till EOY)
2 days per week in the London office (part time)

As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing brand engagement across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. You will help shape conversations, ensuring a human and engaging approach to community management-steering away from automated or robotic responses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Posting & Copywriting: Manage 4-6 posts per month across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, crafting compelling copy in French and/or Italian (essential).
  • Cultural Engagement: Monitor cultural trends and find opportunities to enter conversations in an authentic, brand-aligned way.
  • Community Interaction: Engage with audiences through likes, reactions, and responses, fostering strong relationships.
  • Approvals & Compliance: Work closely with local moderators (legal teams) to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and track engagement to optimize future content strategies.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Fluent in French and/or Italian (essential).
  • Strong brand experience with a deep understanding of cultural trends and audience engagement.
  • Proven ability to create authentic, engaging social media interactions (not just automated responses).
  • Experience working with both large established brands and smaller, highly engaged brands.
  • Based in the UK and available to work in-office.

Contract Details:

  • Start Date: Monday
  • Initial Contract: 3-month trial, with potential extension for the rest of the year.
  • Budget: £200 per day
  • Location: In-office (UK-based).
