The Company:
Join my clients dynamic team in Milton Keynes, where we are dedicated to delivering exceptional IT services. As a Lead Desktop Engineer, you will be at the forefront of providing technical support and guidance to ensure smooth operations of desktop systems and peripherals.

About the Role:
In this role, you will lead the provisioning and support of end-user PCs, troubleshoot network and connectivity issues, and manage hardware assets. Collaborating with team members and stakeholders, you will contribute to the development of IT policies and practices while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

General Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Strong knowledge of MacOS, Windows OS, and MS Office products
* Strong troubleshooting skills
* Experience troubleshooting WAN/LAN print-related issues
* Proficiency in Active Directory administrative tasks
* Solid general Desktop Support skills (Printers, Laptops, Desktops, etc.)
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* Dedication to quality customer service
* Good analytical skills and attention to detail
* Ability to respond to last-minute requests

This is an inside IR35 role, the initial 6-month assignment with high probability to extend. Rate is £400/day.
