£60,000 - £70,000
Role Overview: They are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage multiple projects within the care home, social housing, or multi-room sectors, ranging from £10m to £25m.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage contracts from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of contract law and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, preferably in the care home, social housing or multi-room sectors
- Willing & Able to travel Nationwide for sites
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects within the £10m - £25m range.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of contract law and industry best practices.
