Contract Reviewer Wanted.

Based in Oldbury

Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch break)

37.5 hours per week.

£14.38 - £15.35 per hour (dependant on experience)

Temporary to Permanent.

Main Purpose of Role:

  • To maintain and review contracts on an ongoing basis.
  • To provide a high level of customer satisfaction, internal and external.
  • To assist Regional Managers to achieve business objectives and targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the contract review process to ensure all contracts reflect up to date client information and audit time reflects procedures and UKAS requirements.
  • To liaise with the Regional Manager with regards to customer care, complaints, meetings, and invoice queries to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved.
  • To assist with other regional offices as appropriate for administrative duties where required to ensure all SSC business KPIs and targets are achieved.
  • Provide a support service to the client and develop/enhance customer relationships by being the initial point of contact for both telephone and face to face enquiries.
  • Co-ordinate site IT systems and servers including back up facilities and managing any issues with central IT systems support in relation to KN databases.
  • This is not an exhaustive list of duties, which may be varied by your manager in the interests of the business.
