Contract Sales Manager - Kitchens - Hertfordshire
This is a Monday-Friday, Home + Field based role.

Is the role right for you?

  • Managing large social housing contractor accounts.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Controlling call offs, preparing quotations and changes.
  • Managing expectations of delivery dates, variations and dealing with any issues.
  • Achieving turnover growth within existing and new accounts.
  • Dealing with the various stakeholders throughout the process, such as regional directors, site managers and installers, following all sites through to completion.


Are you right for the role?
The company will consider a number of different backgrounds, detailed below; as the most important thing is the individual. They need someone who is customer focused, well organised, builds a strong rapport with clients of all levels, is reliable and does what they say, and who can meet deadlines every time.

If that sounds like you and you have one of the following backgrounds, please consider applying:

  1. Working in a directly comparable role - in field sales, selling kitchens or similar products to Social Housing or Contractors.
  2. Branch based, selling Kitchens to Social Housing or Contractors with a good understanding of the wider market place and structure.


The Package

  • Basic salary plus bonus, and an associated package for a field/home based role including company car, mobile, laptop, pension, etc.
