Location: Liverpool

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 Basic Salary, negotiable depending on experience

About the Role:Operation and management of all hard services ensures the business is cost-effective. Developing tools to actively report on building performance, contributing recommendations for improvement. Acting as a point of contact with day to day running of the contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing QHSE procedures are followed and QHSE's KPIs are met monthly and compliance with contractual KPI's/SLA's.
• Toolbox talks for the team and attendance of daily morning meetings with the estates team.
• Weekly staff and sub-contractor rota to be completed and submitted to clients on time.
• Compile monthly reports for managers and clients.
• Making sure good engineering practices are followed.
• Ensure that routine PPM is carried out at all electrical/mechanical plants in accordance with site task schedules and asset lists.
• Ensure that reactive tasks throughout the building are completed and proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made.
• Supervision and monitoring of sub-contractors works whilst they are on site for maintenance.

Experience/ Training:

• Experience working in commercial mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Experience in Facilities Management
• Aware of health and safety requirements and safe systems of work.
• LV and/or HVAP experience (desirable)
• Formally trained in an electrical engineering discipline to City and Guilds L3 or NVQ L3 (essential)
• 18th edition BS761 City and Guilds (desirable)
• IOSH (desirable)
• Leadership and Management Qualifications (desirable)
