Niyaa People are looking for a Contract Surveyor to join on of Birmingham's biggest housing associations. Reporting into a Contracts Manager you will be responsible for a team of Sub-contractors and contractors. You will require a excellent level of Technical ability and the skill set to manage a team. As a contract Surveyor you will;
  • Support and manage the delivery of high quality maintenance services
  • To undertake key building surveys to the portfolio for condition validation of programmed works and Energy Performance Certificate surveys
  • Ensure Health and Safety requirements are met and works comply with the current regulations
