Are you an experienced contract administrator looking for your next opportunity? Look no further! Our client, a leading organisation in the industry, is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join their team as a Contract Administrator.

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30-4:30
Location: Birmingham
Benefits: 22 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), personal accident scheme, pension, free parking, family run business

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adding new jobs/queries onto the system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Scheduling engineer's appointments and follow-ups to maintain a streamlined workflow
  • Completing job administration tasks efficiently and effectively including invoicing.
  • Resolving any open jobs promptly to ensure client satisfaction
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure timely completion of jobs and adherence to service level agreements

Person Specification:

  • Experience in a contract administration role
  • Experience with scheduling
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Confident computer user, with experience on CRM and Excel
  • Ability to build lasting work relationships.
  • Ability to manage own workload.
