Venn Group are assisting a large NHS organsiation based in London searching for a Contracts and Invocing Manager on a interim basis

The role will involve:

  • Ensure KPIS and SLAs are successfully met to ensure high performance of standards
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, legislation, and best practice
  • Responsible for the monitoring of all contracts and service agreements - both qualitatively and quantitatively - by measuring performance against service level agreement and leading on the preparation of new service level agreements
  • To work in accordance with standard procurement processes and SFI (Standard Financial Instructions) and leading on performing audits of the compliance with those practices.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant specialist experience of NHS or local authority service agreements/ contracting processes; or managing services in the NHS sufficient to have gained a thorough knowledge of these aspects of NHS management activitie
  • Comprehensive understanding of procurement processes and knowledge of OJEU legislation
  • Expert in contracts and contract management techniques
