Join us as we seek a Transmission Interface Contracts Coordinator to become part of our team!

When we receive a request to connect to our electricity network and it affects the National Electricity Grid, we have to submit an application i.e. a Transmissions Interface Assessment (TIA).

As a Contracts Coordinator you will facilitate and coordinate the offers and contracts made to the National Grid ESO.

In this role you will manage and coordinate these applications and assist with managing data and finances.

We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills who will go the extra mile.

Other roles & responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Liaise with your manager to confirm the Transmission Interface Agreement applications to be made.

- Manage/monitor applications to National Grid ESO via their portal and email where applicable.

- Raise purchase orders on the iBuy purchasing system to pay for applications.

- Monitoring of communications, ensuring queries are responded to efficiently with the support of your manager.

- Liaise with Finance on applicable invoices, receipts and refunds.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- An understanding of the Electricity Grid connection process would be desirable.

- Experience raising purchase orders and invoicing.

- Knowledge and experience of contract structures and documentation.

- Knowledge of associated governance regarding purchase ordering.

- Excellent organisation capabilities with the ability to deliver quality work to the agreed timescales.
