We’re looking for a Contracts Coordinator to support with contract management, payments, and reporting. If you’re highly organised, great with numbers, and have a keen eye for detail, this role could be perfect for you.

Hybrid: 3 DAYS WORKING FROM HOME
Location:
Near Syston, Leicestershire LE7 - own transport essential due to location
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am - 3:45pm
Benefits include: 21 days holiday, pension etc

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Managing contracts, renewals, and payments
  • Handling royalty statements and responding to queries
  • Keeping schedules up to date and coordinating with teams
  • Communicating with customers and partners
  • Supporting internal projects and ensuring accurate reporting

ABOUT YOU

  • Strong administrative experience (finance/accounts experience is highly desirable)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident working independently and managing multiple tasks
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work with different teams
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and good numeracy
