Contracts Manager (Hard FM)

Venn Group are working with a large organisation in South London, to recruit a Contracts Manager for the Hard FM services

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 6 months initially
• Location: London
• Salary: FTC - £45-54k

The successful candidate will:

• Manage and direct soft and hard FM contractors
• Ensure KPIS and SLAs are successfully met to ensure high performance of standards
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, legislation, and best practice
• Guarantee the organisation is getting safe, timely and money effective services for all contracted services
• Work alongside Procurement and Finance directors, to ensure delivery of all contracted services, benefits, costs and influence budget planning
• Provide commercial guidance and expertise to both contracts and senior management

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong background in Hard FM and maintenance
• Experience with CAFM systems
• Stakeholder management experience
• Health and Safety qualifications
