C £60,000 - £65,000 Per Annum

About the client
The Management Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled contracts manager to deliver a range of planned works and capital delivery projects for a housing contractor in Essex.

Accountabilities

  • Deliver planned works including kitchens and bathrooms
  • Deliver capital works including maintenance, refurbishments, extensions and building schemes
  • Lead teams and management of staff
  • Responsible for a wide range of commercial activities such as pricing, procurement and contract administration and negotiation of contracts
  • Ensure contracts are delivered on time, within budget and to required standards


Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in contracts management
  • Experience delivering planned and capital works
  • Leadership/managerial skills
  • Strong commercial acumen
