Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000 + up to 30% bonus

The role of the Contracts Manager - Timber Frame will involve:

• Contracts Manager position dealing with the design, manufacture and installation of high end timber frames
• Working closely with leading house builders, architects, specifying consultants and engineers
• Liaising regularly with Design and Technical departments
• Ensuring that all project documentation is passed to relevant departments
• Ensuring projects are completed within pre-agreed timescales and budget
• Collate RAMS and H&S documentation for projects
• Attending relevant internal project meeting and resolving any issues
• Overseeing plant requisition and haulage
• Providing excellent customer service to clients to encourage repeat business
• Managing projects ranging in size from 35 units to 400 units

The ideal applicant will be a Contracts Manager - Timber Frame with:

• Must have Contracts Manager experience within the timber frame / house building / property development market sector
• Strong technical understanding of timber frames
• Resilient individual who can deal with queries in a professional manor
• Ideally will have CSCS black card, SMSTS and A61 appointed person qualifications
• Excellent communication across all levels both written and verbal
• IT literate (Microsoft Office)
• Full UK driving license
