Job Title: Contracts Manager
Location: Stoke-On-Trent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am - 5pm with some weekends.
Salary: £38,000 per annum plus company car

Are you an experienced Contracts Manager looking for a new opportunity in Stoke-On-Trent? Look no further! Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Contracts Manager in the office industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing all aspects of contracts within the business, including negotiations, compliance, and performance monitoring
- Developing and implementing contract strategies to ensure successful outcomes
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Overseeing project timelines and budgets to ensure deadlines are met and costs are controlled
- Providing guidance and support to the project management team to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitoring and evaluating contract performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a Contracts Manager role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex contracts and projects
- Industrial cleaning experience is also required
