Contracts Manager

Reed Construction are delighted to be working with one if the regions premier fitout specialists. We are currently seeking experienced Contracts Managers to join their team This role is ideal for a dedicated individual with a background in fitout and refurbishment experience,

Day-to-day of the role:

Oversee various contracts, ensuring they are completed to a high standard and within the set deadlines.

Coordinate and manage project tasks, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to project timelines.

Travel to various contract sites, providing hands-on management and support.

Act as the main point of contact for clients’ representatives, maintaining strong professional relationships.

Work collaboratively within a team to achieve collective goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in Commercial fitout or refurbishment, or a closely related field.

A trade or technical qualification is highly advantageous.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.

Excellent team-working skills and the ability to interface effectively with clients.

Willingness to undertake extensive travel as part of the role.
