Contracts Officer
A Contract Officer is required for an established not-for-profit organisation in Doncaster. This role will be part of the Procurement & Supply Chain team and will be responsible for managing and negotiating contracts with suppliers.

Description
- Manage supplier contracts and relationships effectively.
- Negotiate contracts to secure favourable terms and conditions.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist with the development of procurement strategies and plans.
- Prepare and present reports on contract performance.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and products.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes.
Profile
The successful Contract Officer should have:
- Understanding of procurement processes and contract management.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyse and interpret contract terms.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Experience in the not-for-profit sector is beneficial but not essential.
