?? Position: Controls Engineer

I am hiring for a trusted provider of state-of-the-art manufacturing automation machinery and control systems that is looking for a skilled individual to join the multi-national business.

You will work on innovative projects across various industries, and occasionally travel on sites across the UK, EU, USA, and Canada.

Roles and responsibilities:

1. PLC programming, Touchscreen, Network OR Scada.

2. Liaising with internal panel manufacturers and ensuring that its built as per the spec.

3. Commissioning and installation on customer sites.

4. Servicing existing systems and repairing any faults.

5. Own customer projects from designing to customer satisfaction.

6. Training and mentoring fellow teammates.

You must have experience in:

1. Hands-on with Industrial control systems.

2. Programming PLCs from scratch, Allen Bradley or Siemens essentially.

3. Networks: EtherNET, ProfiNET

4. Manufacturing, packaging, warehouse etc. industries.

5. Good customer relationship-building skills and confident traveler with no convictions preventing overseas travel and need to be able to freely enter USA and Canada without a visa.
