Conversion Officer German Speaking

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming quality leads from our Swiss client base and develop them into clients Capital.com
• Make follow-up calls to new leads
• Communicate marketing promotions to leads
• Provide information about the Capital.com platform and about financial markets to leads
• Increase the number of verified clients and depositors
• Promote Capital.com brand

?Key Requirements:

• Fluent German Speaker, with French or Italian Language skills advantageous
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced MS Excel skills will be considered as an advantage
• Ability to work shifts on rotation (morning & afternoon)

• Previous sales experience
• Financial market knowledge / trading experience advantageous
